Things to Watch

When hiring party hire equipment there are certain things to take into account.
The main thing you need to consider is Space and obstacles, Please see the following pointers.

• When hiring Tables and Chairs you can generally fit 8 - 10 people in an 8 square metre area For eg ( a 4mtr x 4mtr marquee (16square metres) can fit 2 tables that seat 8 - 10 people each)
• When taking into account installation of Peg & Pole Marquees you need to add 2 mtrs to the length and 2mtr to the width. ( eg: 6mtr x 6mtr would require 8mtr x 8mtr area). This is to allow for Ropes & Pegs.
• When taking into account istallation of Framed Marquees you need to add 2mtrs to the width and 0.50mtrs to the length. (eg 6mtr x 12mtr would require 8mtr x 12.5mtr area). This is to allow for movement of machines that lift the marquee.
