Terms of Trade

Please note that it is very important that all the terms & conditions listed are adhered to because this is how we are able to maintain quality products for every hire and able to maintain our low prices.

• Loss or Breakage of goods will be at hirers expense. ( Either Replacement or repair)
• Please take care when decorating the marquees, tables & chairs etc. As some items such as streamers, sticky tape etc. may damage or stain. Please note that an additional cleaning fee may be charged and in extreme circumstances replacement of item at hirers expense.
• No alterations are to be made to marquees and are not to be moved without permission from our office. Please note that moving marquees after installation can cause damage. Replacement or repair costs will be charged to the hirer if these guidelines are not adhered to.
• All equipment hired must be cleared of all food & drinks or a cleaning fee will be applied.
• All payments are to be made via cash or cheque on delivery (Unless prior arrangement with office) .
• A $40.00 dishonor fee is charged for any cheque payments that are dishonored
• Areas in which marquees are to be installed must be cleared of all items prior to staff arrival. This includes clothes lines, Cars, Pot Plants etc. Please note that if our staff are required to move any items an additional charge may be applied (at Management discretion) .
• Whilst installing marquees could you please ensure to notify staff of pipe locations. Please note however that all care will be taken however if a pipe is hit B & I Bargain Party Hire and installation staff will not be held accountable for any repair costs.
